Before you can say anything, I'm going to let you know if you don't know already that I'm not here to BASH Buddhism. I've just had an undegraduate course in the subject and I have seen all the facades of this religion/way of life. I am a Religion Honours and I'm very capable of having a valid opinion/basis about Buddhism.

Blog#96--Artistic Frustration--
You'll know that if you're an artist, you love to create art, and that sometimes, other things get into your way. Whether it be too much work or school or just not enough time in the day. I get writing blitzes at 2 in the morning and at 6am I'm like FUUU I have to stop but I don't want to. Later in my life, I will legit stay up until forever to write, until I plop. Now, I'm at school and all so it's harder, although I could do it. When I don't create art in a while, I become really angry. It's disconcerting really. Does anybody else have this? It's like I want to write and create, but I have too much going on and it's really kind of traumatizing. I feel like a puppeteer that has lost the strings to control her puppets. Nonetheless, I'll post a new character up here just because I feel like it.

Blog#95--Knowledge and learning: my truth--
Knowledge and learning: my truth
My truth is that the more I gather in my periods of gathering, the more I am aware of the knowledge around me. I feel that I can pick and choose what I want to learn now that I am 21 and in my senior year at University. I'm going to Graduate school next year and I realize that I'm terrified because although I am ready I don't feel it. I feel like I can no longer as easily express myself due to the duality and complexity of this world. I live and I now see everything. I see the constructions of society, the double meanings of everything. I'm interested more and more in philology and the sociology of language, if that can be a thing. This, all this, frightens me so much that I sometimes just want to escape and I think this is what all 20 year-olds do. I think it's normal to fear what is in front and attempt to live in the present, but we don't understand this. We live in the extreme present, like orgiastic Romans, drinking instead of studying, wasting away instead of being hopeful. Without commenting on the way of education, I just want to leave with my uncertainty of the tomorrow. But again, this is all normal for a person who has been on this ancient earth, amongst a youthful humankind, unable, weak, but everlastingly loving.
